Here's a dj/producer that I heard on Kissy Sell Outs Radio 1 show in the 'Young Blood' section, putting out the word about new unsigned dj's & producers who really stand out from the rest.
Residing in Lyon, France he has some pretty impressive stuff and I totally agree with Kissy about his 'Proxy' vibes, & anything with a 'Turbo' sound is good in my books.
